Design is created with your chosen name and is then printed here in the UK using a sublimation technique, meaning the fabric itself is dyed and the design has not been stuck on so it will not come out in the wash!

Your item will be dispatched within 1 working day (Mon - Fri) of receiving your message with personalised instructions via Royal Mail 2nd Class Post. If you need your item sooner please select a faster postage method.

We are a small family run firm, and want to ensure you are happy with your purchase.
All our items are made especially for you and therefore are non-returnable, and non-refundable. If we have made an error we will happily send out replacements but no refunds will be offered.

We urge you to take care that no mistakes are made when placing your order.
We will copy the information you supply. Please ensure you check your details to sure you have made no spelling mistakes or errors. We print EXACTLY as you have asked for. We cannot be held responsible if you have sent more than one set of printing requirements and we have printed the first details you sent so make sure you check your details carefully.

This is our standard service and is provided by Royal Mail. 2nd Class is usually delivered in 3-5 days. This is an aim and not a guarantee. 

 

1ST CLASS POSTAGE

This service is provided by Royal Mail and is usually delivered within 1-2 days. This is an aim and not a guarantee. 
 

NEXT DAY SERVICE

This service is provided by Fedex UK and has an aim to be delivered the next working day if your order is placed before 1:00pm GMT.
 

TABLE AND CHAIRS SHIPPING

This service is provided by Fedex UK using their economy speed. This has an aim of 1-3 working days. Upgrades to a next service are available
 

International Shipping

Depending on the weight we will use different options. Either Royal Mail International Tracked or if over 2kg a parcel courier. We are not responsible for import charges at destination countries.
 

Christmas Shipping Times

After the Christmas season in 2020 we were forced to re-evaluate our our shipping policy. We were dispatching orders within 2 working days but some were taking 3 weeks to be delivered with Royal Mail. Please keep this in mind when placing order for Christmas delivery, we can not guarantee delivery before Christmas using Royal Mail 2nd Class.

Returns Policy

We hope the products you order are to your satisfaction if not, the following policy applies regarding returns.

If you have any problems with your order for any reason (faulty, defective or no longer wanted) you can return UNPERSONALISED goods unused in thier original condition within 30 days for a replacement or refund. We do not cover the cost of returning goods for unwanted items.

PERSONALISED products cannot be returned, unwanted personalised products are non-returnable. Refunds cannot be given if the fault is a result of your own actions such as product misuse, if personalisation is mis-spelt or if you have uploaded an image of a low resolution or size.

The address your goods are dispatched to is taken straight from your order and printed on to our labels. We are not responsible if you fail to input your information and your order is sent to an alternative address. If your order is sent back to us due to a lack of correct address then we may require additional postage being paid.
