Deliveries

What Delivery Company do you use?

We normally use Royal Mail and FedEx as our couriers, and Pallex for Pallet orders. However we have an account with most other couriers so can always get your order to you.

Do you offer next day delivery?

Yes, you can select this option at the checkout. Orders must be placed before 2pm.

Where do you deliver?

We can deliver to anywhere a delivery company will deliver to. If you have a specific request please get in touch via email or phone

I am not going to be in when you deliver, what should I do?

Some of our items will fit through the letter box and there for will be delivered with your other letters. If you have ordered a parcel or have selected a delivery method which requires a signature someone will need to be in to receive the item. The courier may try to leave with neighbours or will leave a card for you to collect from your local collection depot.

My order has not arrived yet, what can I do?

Our standard delivery service is Royal Mail 2nd Class, this service does not have a tracking number. It usually takes 3-5 working days to be delivered. This can be sped up by selecting an alternative delivery method at the checkout.

Can you delivery to a different address to my billing address?

Yes there is an option to input an alternative shipping address.

  

Trade & Branding

I have a large order do you do discounts?

Yes we deal with orders from single items to thousands of individual products. For any larger order that the quantities displayed please get in touch via email or phone. 

Can you brand the items I have ordered?

We specialise in branding our products at low volumes, most of our items can be branded from a single unit. So you don't have to buy hundreds.

  

Your Order

I did not receive my confirmation email.

Sometimes our email get stuck in your junk/spam folders, please check there first before contacting us. If it is not there maybe a spelling mistake in your email address. We can correct this, please contact us to check.

How can I add or remove something on my order?

Please contact us to change something on your order, just give us a call and provided the order has not been dispatched we will do our best to change it for you.

Can I change the delivery address on my order?

Provided the order has not been dispatched yes you can. Please send us and email with your change of address and then give us a call to confirm it has been received.

How do I cancel my order?

Please contact us to cancel your order. As long as it has not been personalised we can cancel it.

My order does not have the correct personalisation, what can I do?

If we incorrectly personalise a product we will certainly replace it. Please first check your order to see the exact spelling or design you ordered. Please contact us to let us know that it is incorrect and we will rectify it as soon as possible.

  

Security

Do you pass on any personal information to third parties?

We do not pass on any of the information given to us, other than what is necessary to fulfil your order. This would normally only be passing the delivery details to the courier and to the supplier if you order a direct delivery item. We do not buy or sell email addresses and we take privacy and spam issues seriously. If you give us your email we will not pass this onto a third party. We ask for your phone number to contact you if there is an issue with your order. We do not pass this information on under any circumstances.

Is it safe to pay online?

We use two methods for you to pay online, neither of which give us access to our payment details.
1 - Shopify
Shopify is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. As a result, all Shopify online stores are automatically PCI compliant, which ensures you have peace of mind when shopping from our site. All our orders are 100% secure. We know this because our e-commerce system uses 128 bit SSL encryption to ensure credit card data is secure. Which is the same level of encryption used by large banks around the world.

2 - PayPal
PayPal is the faster, more secure way to pay online. It lets you pay for your favourite things at millions of online stores in the UK and across 203 global markets—all without the hassle of converting currency. So it’s just as easy to know how much you’re spending as it is to spend it. It's free to sign up for a PayPal account.
